A 17 year veteran in the accounting industry, Dustin began his career with Ernst & Young (E&Y) where he worked as an auditor for 4 years. In 2007, Dustin left E&Y to be the Controller at Citadel Management; a cemetery and funeral home management company. In 2020, Dustin started his own firm in order to better serve small businesses and his local community.
